Quality points we care about in our sheet metal fabrication production

Quality points we concern and demand on ourselves.

1.Raw material should be qualified with the test certification and checking.

2.Cutting, punching, bending, drilling and tapping should be accurate, according to client’s drawing request.

3.Burrs should be removed.

4.Welding point and welding bead shall be full, regular and clean, no extra welding spatter.

5.The polishing must be smooth and even.

6.The assembly shall be compact and integrated

7.Brushing surface should be straight and well-proportioned.

8.Powder coating spray should be pure, no impurity.

9.Powder coating shall be qualified with the thickness measure, adhesion test, hardness test and MEK resistance..

10.Every product must be inspected and make an inventory before delivery.

11.Products inner and outer surface should be clean and beautiful before packing.

12.Packing material should be too strong and enough that protect all goods well.
